Preceding his second album proper, this limited 12” gives the world a taste of where Romare’s sound is currently at. The machinelike whirring that opens up ‘Who Loves You’ is kind of maddening, though it’s the kind that you’ll be quite alright hearing late night on the dancefloor. It steadily makes way for the guitar and a sensual if a little pained vocal loop of “Who Loves You”. Exclusive to this release, ‘Together’ is a rolling groover with a bluesy atmosphere about it. it’s a progression in Romare’s sound and style and a new page that feels irreverently unique.
