Nina Kraviz-helmed label Trip Recordings is reissuing Sleep Not Found, their 2016 double EP/concept album collaboration around perceptions of life without sleep, seemingly for a new age of restlessness. The collection takes its name from its opening track, an ominous slice of techno guided by alarm chimes and pitch shifted murmurings from anonymous Russian producer Roma Zuckerman. The rest of Sleep Not Found takes a similarly unnerving tact, finding new ways to evoke sleep anxiety through ultra-minimalist techno.
