After being sent samples of music from the Islamic world to use as source material for an EP by Salem at Bedouin, Eomac set about the project. So inspired by the power of the music and its feeling he felt propelled to create, and this resulted in him coming out with over thirty finished tracks for them to choose from. Subsequently this led to a tricky situation for the label, who then decided to grant him the privilege of making an album instead. And so voila.
