Christian Loeffler presents his second album Mare, building upon on the downtempo melancholic sound he has crafted out when he lasts et sale with A Forrest four years ago.

Entirely recorded by the Baltic sea in Germany, Mare contains an oceanic pulse to its low-lit techno soundscapes. Each track aches with a heavy-hearted melancholy that is perfectly brought to the forefront on the vocal-led tracks where Mohna spills forth wordless blues echo strong.

The last LP flew out and now goes for silly money on Discogs so we would urge you to delve in if you favor the rolling electronica favoured by Recondite, Four Tet and Nicolas Jaar.
