Marcus Kaye is best known as a driving force in the early days of drum and bass, producing under the name Marcus Intalex. In 2011, he switched his focus to the four-to-the-floor house and techno that had originally informed him, moving to Berlin and releasing records on Ben Klock's Klockworks, Martyn's 3024 and Craig Richards' The Nothing Special.

Casino, out on Aus, is the grooviest of his Trevino releases yet. It's warm piano house that orders you to dance without ever losing the subtlety which makes it so compelling.
