Catalogue Number
Release Date
August 2016

Since forming in the late 90s, San Fran indie rock group Thee Oh Sees have released countless albums on labels such as Captured Tracks, In the Red, and recent favourite Castle Face. Their fast-paced rock n roll formula still manages to diversify itself enough sonically from album to album to warrant the group worth keeping up to date with all these years later. Thrash guitars, oscillating synths and fast paced cymbal crashes collide together courtesy of twin-drummers Ryan Moutinho and Dan Rincon. Head for ‘Jammed Entrance’ with all of its electronics infused chaos and then compare it with the raw punk feel of ‘Gelatinous Cube’ for a measure of just how varied this band can be.
