This debut album on the hugely influential Domino, from NY based electronic artist, Joe Williams, who previously released under White Williams and is one half of Lifted (PAN) and following a dope 12" for Future Times firmly sets out its marker in the landscape of widescreen compositions.

Throughout the ten tracks, sounds appear uniquely placed across the musical plain they collectively inhabit. Reminiscent in ways to the output of the PC Music crew, though with less bubble gum sheen. ‘Minecraft Mosaic’ shows off the beauty of Williams’ voice too, its penchant tones have a relaxed confidence, that is ever so comforting. It’s truly music to be enjoyed on a good stereo soundsystem, or headphones, because you simply wouldn’t be doing it justice without.
