Formerly producing under the Ergo Phizmiz name, DW opts for his birth name to present this manic and playful take on the classic library style presentation of early electronic music. An ode to the futuristic outlook of decades past and the regression into ‘Euro-Techno’, Robertson attempts to revitalise what he feels has been wrongly neglected. With each song title referencing a different sort of fairground ride, the listener is invited to immerse themselves in Robertson’s imaginary carnival, their psychedelic journey sound-tracked by fast paced jingles and whirring mechanics throughout.
