This savage beast was originally unleashed upon us in 2000 and is one of our favourites on the Counterbalance label. Metallic, Basic Channel style stabs are granulated and detuned over fierce, electroid rhythms. There's even a chopped up vocal sample of a woman either in the throes of torment or heights of pleasure - Surgeon constantly supplies the ambiguity.
