Returning for their first release of the year, From The Depths bring in DJML and two of his current favourite machines, Korg DDD-1 and the Boss DR-660 and out comes four stomping drum workouts of the holy kind. Hardware obsessives can from time to time loose their way a little due to unnecessary fixations. But sometimes they just go in on the jam sessions and come out with some mighty fine music, which is certainly the case here.
