This is Inkke’s time. His debut release on the holy Scottish imprint, LuckyMe, signals a bright future for the producer, and with the quality and absolute variety of styles showcased in this release, its little wonder why. ‘New Day Theme’ is very much as the title suggests, sounding almost like the opening music to a children’s TV show. ‘Chores’ has similarly wondering synth lines to it precursor, though the hard hitting bass/kick combo shows its fit for club use only. The grimey sounds of ‘Tales From the Quick’ is a definite highlight as is ‘Sorry’ with its more US club music influences.
