Taipei based Malaysian Tzusing firmly establishes himself on the LIES roster with his third volume of A Name Out OF Place. Here stands a trio of heaters of tough industrial strength techno that owes more to the late '80s martial EBM of Front 242 and the Cabs than Atkins, Saunderson et al. Take those influences and brew them up into an insectoid cauldron of crunchy 90s breakbeats, ominous drones and freaky-voices (‘Face Of Electric’), or the stomping body-music Powell pulse of ‘Emotional Eater’. Finally, ‘R’ sees Tzusing spit the Acid at us. It’s good.
