Factory Floor follow two years without much movement by coming back with the strongest, most distilled take of their driving electro sound to date, 25 is inspired by inspired by late night rhythms and hours spent lost on the dancefloors of clubs where the music policy is built around the building blocks of strictly (pounding) rhythm. 25 is an edgy yet funky album of perfectly executed electronic techno.

Having rolled out the self-titled debut LP to much acclaim, the group laid out the blueprint for what was to come with two 12"s, but then disappeared into the underground when band member Dominic Butler left the group. Now a duo, they appear to have spent the last two years stripping back their sound to unveil a new, sleek and fully focused Factory Floor sound.

Composed of ten originals and an Bleep exclusive remix from E Mego's Klara Lewis, 25 is an album of constant streamlined movement. Never stopping to focus on one thing for two long, vocal licks fly past in a haze of dub FX, snare drums loop in and out of the mix with little fanfare and acid lines bubble underneath a bouncin' sub bass line that is at the core of the album's sound. This is a real techno LP, one that is sure to catch the ears of the most hardened club connoisseurs whilst being perfectly positioned to feature eleven tracks that will slot into the more lengthy sets of DJ's looking for a real hypnotic drive to their sound, look no further as like all the best techno Factory Floor's 25 goes on and on and on.
