Welcome return to Bleep.com for South London post-everything Soul band, The Invisible, back with their joyous new LP for Ninja Tune. Featuring a stellar line up of guest appearances from Sam Shepherd (Floating Points), Connan Mockasin, Anna Calvi, Rosie Lowe, and Jessie Ware, the latter of which delivers a sumptuous vocal on the breathy, ‘So Well’. Elsewhere, charismatic frontman Dave Okumu adds his sweet licks to the bands’ starlit Funk palette, and inspired Low End Theory. In a world without Prince, we need bands like this, to keep us dreaming Purple.
