Montezuma's Rache are Christian Pannenborg & Jan Schulte (Düsseldorf & Berlin dwellers respectively). This much needed re-press arrives two years after the original disappeared before we could blink. The first release on Music From Memory’s Second Circle imprint, this one-sided nine-minute jam comes across as some bastard lovechild of Martin Denny, Klaus Dinger, Neu!, Floating Points, a Parliament live session, Sun Ra and The Arkestra transported to the Amazonian jungle, 70s French Psychedelia gone Tropicalia, and everything else in between.
