A stone cold classic from Detroit’s ever-influential techno mothership Underground Resistance finally comes on wax. This 2001 single from Hardlife (aka Gerard Mitchell and his brother Ron) with its soaring vocals and punchy synth chords is a prime example of the “hi-tech soul” sound. Aaron Carl gives the eponymous track a huge ghetto jack remix on the b-side. UR records are hard to find, so this is a golden opportunity to own a piece of motor city history.
