If you have ever been on a dancefloor, it’s very likely you will have heard this classic track before. First released on Dinosaur L's (aka Arthur Russell and co.) 1981 album 24-24 Music, Go Bang! it quickly became a favourite at David Mancuso’s Loft and Larry Levan’s Paradise Garage, largely because of the extended freak-out mix from Francois Kevorkian. Here on this special pressing we are also treated to the unreleased version by Russell’s contemporary disco-edit master Walter Gibbons who unleashes some of the freewheeling spirit of the original mix, barely contained over 12:28 minutes.
