Blackest Ever Black presents a new vinyl edition of Af Ursin's 2005 masterpiece Aura Legato. This is the alias for a solo project of Finnish sound artist/improvising composer Timo van Luijk on which the player layers up improvisations a variety of acoustic, field sound and electric instruments into a bewitching collage of unheimlich drones and beautifully disorientating folk-not-folk akin to the occult rumbles of Nurse With Wound, Current 93, even Warp’s own Broadcast and the Ghost Box fraternity.
