Editions Mego boss Peter Rehberg revisits his cherished Pita alias to follow up 2004 Häpna outing Get Off LP with Get In coming via his own imprint. The release adds to the previous lineage of the Get Out, Get Down and previously mentioned Get Off releases in crafting bold, dominant, pure electronic music rooted in drone and noise. The tone is set on the billowing wind tones of ‘Fvo’, before ‘20150609 I’ startles with its combative synth bolts, whilst ‘Aahn’ displays a frightening depth in tone and texture. Elsewhere, ‘Line Angle’ flaunts crystalline, awe-inspiring melodies, setting up the tweaked out arpeggios on ‘S200729’ which eventually collapse into one of the most overwhelming, noise-driven power-electronics cacophonies you’re ever like to hear this side of some of Whitehouse’s most concentrated excursions.
