Packaged in a House of Traps designed double print silk screen sleeve and pressed on clear 10” vinyl, its quite a statement for the debut release of Max D and Morgan Buckley’s new project. Its all mellowed out breakbeats and deep entrancing electronica, together creating sonically harmonious bliss. ‘The Tie With The Most Stripes’ bumps and bleeps as it pleases, with trumpet stabs giving it some linear structure. ‘Way (188 Krew Mix)’ has old skool vocal samples, gentle piano lines and block rockin’ breaks. ‘1234567’ is the raciest of the bunch. Nintendo bleeps and long hanging chords sandwich the breaks pretty evenly.
