Shadowy duo Higher Authorities bring their twisted psych-dub-wyrd to shake up the Domino factory. Produced by the band, the album was further licked by legendary dub producer Adrian Sherwood, who brought his mad box of sound effects to proceedings. High on concept and cannabis, the album is loaded with references to the herb – artwork, lyrics, sonics- and should have all those gasping for a joint and the new Peaking Lights album, ready to Hit Basket.
