The second of 10 vinyl samplers released by Ostgut Ton to celebrate their fifth anniversary. Original tracks come from people close to the label: Marcell Dettmann, Efdemin, and Kobosil. Dettmann’s ‘Encode II’ is a lean, functional techno track, while Efdemin’s contribution ‘Unten Links’ is a heads-down track for the really, really late hours. Kobosil’s piece, ‘Saldae’, is the most spaced-out and repetitious of the lot: simple, but hella effective.
