Bleep

The first of 10 vinyl samplers released by Ostgut Ton to celebrate their fifth anniversary. Original tracks come from people close to the label: Boris, Norman Nodge, and S/D (aka Luke Slater and Marcel Dettmann). The latter’s track is the best: frazzled synths, atonal piano stabs, and truly weird vocal whispers. Norman Nodge delivers a no-nonsense, high-energy club banger, while Boris goes sparse and airy on ‘Lock’.
