Picking up where Impossible Romance left off, Opal's Sunflower is more post-punk electro that takes in eleven tracks built from razor sharp synths and 80's referencing vocals but with a modern feel that's equal parts Cabaret Voltaire equal parts Dopplereffekt. For those looking for an update on the endless reissues of 80's coldwave this is a modern adaption and stands as the real deal. Minimal Wave and Silent Servant fans should spend some time with this pronto.
