At just 24 max Kobosil is resident of Berghain and since he dropped his first release on Ostgut Ton, 2013 Kobosil’s remix of Barker & Baumecker, his name has been firmly on the ‘ones-to-watch’ list. Here, in 2016 is his debut LP. His music is a perfect document of the past, present and future of Berlin techno. In 2014 he released two more EPs: RK1 on his own label and MDR 10, and We Grow You Decline continues that lineage of pounding EBM muscle, industrial-strength 4/4, cavernous kicks and thunderous reverb, and ambient tracks that melt into beatscapes… think Dettman, Shed, Prosumer, Luke Slater, Surgeon and Shackleton.
