Berlin’s Positive Centre delivers more steely, opaque club fodder with the Nonharmonic Beautifault EP on fledging imprint Leyla Records. Opener ‘Blank Hand’ sets the bleak tone with sparse, juddering bass tremors set amidst an industrial backdrop, whilst ‘Body Molecule’ builds on the dark atmosphere and infuses it with a tough, rolling kick-drum. Over on the other side, ‘Angular Beautifault’ continues to cater to the darkest main room floors with its concentrated, metallic canter, finally closing out on bludgeoning session of ‘The Burin’.
