Illum Sphere, British producer/DJ and co-head of Manchester clubnight Hoya:Hoya, releases his first single for Ninja Tune since his debut album for the label in 2014. The tracks here are very different from one another: ‘Second Sight’ is a minimal synth and techno-inspired piece of electronic music, while ‘Ritual’ is a slower instrumental piece that recalls a vintage sci-fi soundtrack.
