Bleep

Multi-media artist and composer Joshua Bonnetta creates a companion piece to Lago, a book by American photographer Ron Jude. The two compositions revisit the original desert sites of Jude’s photographs. Using field recordings, processing, and montage, Bonnetta captures the flora, the fauna, and the architectural detritus of the landscapes seen in the photos. These are intertwined with interviews, telling a narrative of loss and darkness. A meditative listen.
