L.I.E.S. and Mister Saturday Night-associated producer Gunnar Haslam returns to Delsin with four unpredictable and idiosyncratic techno tracks. Title track ‘Athabaskan Languages’ is a loopy, erratic, and occasionally unsettled piece of techno, while ‘Sarsi’ takes a completely different tack: it’s a gliding beatless instrumental riding a synth arpeggio. It’s back to business on the b-side though, with hot’n’heavy tracks ‘Sirenik’ and ‘Hellegat’ demonstrating Haslam’s incomparable approach to club music.
