Indomitable London-based imprint Blackest Ever Black look back over a fruitful 2015 and bundle up some of their highlights for a beautifully curated selection. They've truly spoilt us here, with any of the inclusions in with a justifiable highlight shout, although the shrouded 17 minute+ dark ambient epic ‘Tragedy Of The Commons’ from Felix K is sure to appeal to most followers of this essential imprint, whilst the stirring melancholia of ‘Stop Suffering’ from Camella Lobo’s popular Tropic Of Cancer outpost makes for the most heartrending moment. Elsewhere, relive the vapouresque grit and Big Ben chimes of Exploring Jezebel’s ‘I am Made To Greet Each…’, Ossia’s ominous, previously vinyl only cut ‘Red X’ and finally the virulent industrial corrosion on Regis’ ‘Manbait’ thrown in for good measure.
