Originally released in 1994, this EP from alternative rock icons Slint came out after band had already broken up, though its songs were in fact recorded as far back as 1989, prior to their landmark second album Spiderland. Its two tracks hints at a direction that the band never thoroughly pursued, with both ‘Glenn’ and the reinterpretation of ‘Rhonda’ (which originally appeared on their debut album Tweez) being instrumental post-rock tracks. This repress is a chance to own this near-mythical piece of the band’s history on wax once again.
