Veteran Domino artist and revered Scottish folk artist James Yorkston teams up with Indian sarangi player and classical singer, Suhail Yusuf Khan, alongside John Thorne (double bass player with electro indie outfit Lamb). In Domino’s own words this is “Scottish-Irish-Indian-English music in the raw”; Yorkston brings the pedal-steel folk to droning Indian traditional, and jazz-inflected bass licks.
