Beneath’s label, Mistry, get Brixton producer Gaunt on board for the Crowd Noise EP. Led by the pummelling, off-kilter title track, the release blends the airy sub bass of nu-grime producers like Logos with the rugged shuffle of producers like Pearson Sound. The result is more than a sum of its parts, adding rhythm and drama to the proceedings.
