2015 saw Brooklyn-based DJ/producer FaltyDL release an album for Planet Mu under his birth name Drew Lustman as well as the ‘Rich Prick Poor Dick’ single for Ninja Tune. Here he drops another pair of shuffling dancefloor groovers for the label in the form of ‘Visceral’ and ‘The Ah Track’. While its title might suggest something tough-sounding, ‘Visceral’ is actually one of the sweetest melodies that FaltyDL has written, the naïve notes gliding gorgeously over a shuffling drum rhythm. ‘The Ah Track’ is a somewhat harder and more hypnotic club cut.
