Erased Tapes duo Kiasmos – made up of celebrated Icelandic composer Ólafur Arnalds and Janus Rasmussen of electronic pop trio Bloodgroup – mix up techno-influenced electronica with neoclassical composition. The music on the Swept EP is soaring and celestial – there’s synths and drum machines, but there’s also strings and pianos. Rounding out the release is a suitably epic end-of-the-night rework of the title track by Tale of Us.
