Former Slew Dem producer JT The Goon unleashes this barrage of tracks via the Boxed affiliated Oil Gang imprint. Known for co-producing the now classic grime instrumental ‘Gunman Riddim’ as part of the East London collective circa 2005, his proper solo debut draws on similar Korg Triton presets that came to define the genre’s signature sound. Following a series of free EPs for the label, the album’s utterly melodic core nods to themes of Western soundtracks and martial arts movies.
