North London based producer Tehbis releases his debut EP on Hit And Run. House on black cassette – this limited release serves as an introduction to a producer who has clearly raised his sound on a diet of everything from Dilla to Jaar. These tracks were all produced over the last 24 months – some cuts were created while Tehbis was in a swell of the LA beat scene (you should be able to guess which ones those are), while contributions from Seven Davis Jr and virtual unknown beat-making duo Trampoline Tax divorce this tape from any one genre.
