Prolific dub techno artist Scott Monteith aka Deadbeat returns with his 10th album, Walls & Dimensions, released through his own label BLKRTZ. Written after the death of his father-in-law, a series of business-related setbacks, and the ongoing backdrop of global instability, the album is a personal one from Monteith and that’s no better captured than on ‘I Get Low’, which features his own vocals for the first time ever. Otherwise, there are further vocal collaborations from Fink, Delhia de France, and Elif Becir, as well as cello from Maarten Vos.
