In 2015 the ultra-prolific duo of Chris Barker and Si Murray – Deep Space Orchestra – will release their debut album, Memory, following a distinguished five year career in dreamy house and techno 12’s. The long-player will be issued on their own Use of Weapons imprint. To celebrate the release, DSO have enlisted a pair of heavyweight remixers to tease out new material. First up is Scottish traveller Lord Of The Isles (Unthank, Permanent Vacation, Mule Musiq) who turns in a dubbed-out version of ‘Let’s Save’, while veteran British operator Neville Watson does something almost-hallucinogenic with ‘Starman’. Oh, and you get two new DSO joints on here to add extra-weight to the package.
