Dutch imprint Music From Memory succeeds in unearthing more rare, forgotten and obscure material for their second 12” EP with two cuts from South London born, Switzerland based musician Michal Turtle. The first cut ‘Are You Psychic?’ is stripped from his rare 1983 LP Music From The Living Room and features Turtle’s distinctly 80’s vocals over an extended, stripped drum machine beat and a slew of synth effects and doodling whilst ‘Astral Decoy’ is a piece of DIY minimalistic electronics that develops into a lush downtempo groove with breezy guitar chords and a catchy synth riff that literally implants itself in your head.
