US producer Andrew Howard a.k.a AxH returns to the shelves at Tempa with another sterling 12” of explosive, bass-led weaponry. Opening proceedings with the title track, Howard employs a palette of buoyant melodies and icy beats to start the function off right. The spacey, dubbed-out sounds of Gem Tone keep the levels moving before Hacker and D-Lux take us into full dubstep deconstruction mode with big-room reverb and a host of barbed, mutated vocal samples. While he might hail from the states, AxH fits right in on this London institution.
