Prime underground-talent-spotting outfit No Pain In Pop reveal another fresh new name to their inimitable roster (think Forest Swords, Nite Jewel, Throwing Shade, Karen Gwyer, Ukkonen), with this debut LP from Essex based digi-pop troubadour / video artist, Sim Hutchins. Apparently, Hutchins cut his production teeth last decade in and around the grime scene, before reverting to the bedroom introversion, Basinski, Actress and Jandek. I Enjoy To Sweep A Room plays heed to those referents but twists them in varying shapes of dissonance and harmony, IDM and drone. A fascinating debut long-player.
