The last release on A Made Up Sound’s self-titled label was his ‘After Hours’ single in 2013, but now the label spurs back into activity with two 12”s. The second of those releases features two tracks, ‘Havoc and ‘Half Hour Jam On A Borrowed Synth’. ‘Havoc’ is an explosion of whirring synths and distorted drum patterns, while ‘Half Hour Jam On A Borrowed Synth’ is (as its frank track title implies) a freewheeling synth exploration edited down to a somewhat more manageable time of five minutes and nine seconds.
