After appearing on a various artists Bio-rhythm EP back in 2013, Roger 23 makes his debut EP proper for the imprint with his Future Jack Programs To Respond (Section 1 & 2) release. Echo heavy claps, phasered percussion and a muffled synth notes lead the way on the appropriately titled ‘Future Jack’, whereas ‘Physical Structure Contact’ lets the synth chords run wild before unleashing a deluge of bitty electronic fragments. Shifting styles, the B-side houses the lush, deep house expanse of ‘Deep, Deeper & Deeper (VOX)’, bringing in whispered vocals and a smooth under current to keep the ‘floor ticking along nicely.
