Detroit rapper Magnif released ‘The Shining’, a track produced by J Dilla, with his former group Lawless Entertainment back in 2004. A decade on, he released its sequel - also produced by Dilla, and officially licensed by his estate - that picked up where things left off. This release collects a few previously unheard Dilla beats, adding to a growing archive of material shared publicly since he passed away in 2006.
