Third successive volume of chakra-realigning, (largely) beatless-dream-science-space music curated by Throne of Blood’s James Friedman, who takes fifteen contemporary artists and asks for sounds of the gentler variety. Easing us into this collection is veteran synthesiser merchant Steve Moore with ‘Arp 188 (Original mix)’ who rides the cyclical arpeggio-wave sublimely. Elsewhere we are treated to astral matter from the likes of Clean Plate (aka Pink Skull), Tempelhof, and Pittsburgh Track Authority, Stone’s Throw affiliate Chrome Canyon, LA mainstays Kisses and Anzano, Balearic guru’s testpressing.org’s Apiento & Co., CCC’s Night Plane, Peacefeast legend Tim Love Lee, and Hivern Discs’s C.P.I.
