Veteran French producer I:Cube (making records alongside Daft Punk in ’96 / purveyor of that inimitable M:Megamix record from 2012) returns to the fore with some typically twisted and eccentric matter here in November 2015. An impeccably produced five-tracker awaits those heads in the know; dreamily flitting from sample based ambient-piano-n-beats, African percussion jams, squalling acid-electronic freak-outs, and slow-burning glacial drone.
