Using an incredibly pared down palette (little more than a voice, a discordant acoustic guitar, and field recordings), London-based artist and musician Ben Pritchard creates a sound experience that’s disorienting and unsettling. Released by Ashley Paul’s Wagtail label, these are never quite songs but never quite experiments. As uncomfortable as it might sometimes sound, it’s also a unique sound quite unlike anything else you’ll hear.
