Gwilym Gold delivers the goods with debut album A Paradise, following a killer remix session from Zomby rinsing the amens on Vinyl Factory a few weeks ago. A Paradise collects 10 tracks of cinematic with a heavy heart indie electronica. With co-production by Lexxx (known for working with Fatima Al Qadiri & Darkstar) the LP expertly blends between the James Blake school of softly spoken song structures and neo-classical backgrounds but blends in a first hand production knowledge of digital synth structure recalling the early morning blues of Slime at his most vocal – solid.
