The 100th release on Tempa is a double-pack of classic material from the label. Founded in London in the year 2000, Tempa became one of the most important labels releasing music from the different strains and mutations of bass music that were emerging throughout the city. Crucially, Tempa became home to some of dubstep’s key players, and the label fostered (and continue to foster) some of the most important names on the dubstep scene. Tempa 100 offers represses of pivotal tracks by Skream, Benga & Coki, Digital Mystikz, and Horsepower Productions, moving from heady broken beats to iconic dancefloor tear-outs.
